Veteran's Day Honor Feature: Rob RiggleLoaded Vodka Blog – Rob Riggle

Veteran's Day, as many of us know was this past Friday, November 11th. This public holiday celebrates the service of all United States military veterans. In honor of these men and women, Loaded Vodka and I would like to highlight a very special—not to mention hilarious—retired U.S. Marine named Rob Riggle. If you guys don’t know who Rob Riggle is, you are seriously missing out. Rob is an actor, comedian, writer and retired U.S. Marine. Best known for his comedic work on Saturday Night Live, The Daily Show on Comedy Central, The Hangover, 21 Jump Street, Step Brothers, Let’s Be Cops, and many more. Rob is an incredibly talented comedian and entertainer with strong ties to the Marines. He has accredited the U.S. Marine Corps for much of his success, as well as making him “mentally tough” which is extremely relevant in the comedic world. Rob was a Lieutenant Colonel and served in Liberia, Kosovo, Albania and Afghanistan. He joined the Marines in 1990 after obtaining his pilot license and intended to become a Naval Aviator, however he left flight school to pursue his comedy career. On January 1, 2013, Rob announced his retirement from the USMC after being with the organization for over 20 years. He is still heavily involved in the organization today and continues to advocate for the Marines. Follow Rob Riggle on Twitter & Instagram: @RobRiggle
